WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Our gift vouchers are able to used both in store and in our online shop, and are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.

If you wish to use your gift voucher in store, please bring along a hard copy with the reference number on it; this can be a card, or a print out of the digital version. You do not need to use the full amount.

If you wish to use your gift voucher in our online shop please enter the voucher code in the ‘coupon’ box at checkout. You will need to use the full amount. Should you wish to split the voucher over a number of orders, please let us know and we can set it up accordingly. For example, if you have a £100 gift voucher we can set it so you can have four separate orders using £25 each time.

THEY CAN BE FOR ANY AMOUNT YOU LIKE

We have £10, £25, £50, £75 and £100 vouchers available to order online. If there is a specific amount you’d like the voucher to be for, please email us and we can send you a payment link for that amount, and then send a PDF copy of the voucher to yourself, or direct to the recipient. When ordering a voucher via the online shop as a gift, please let us know in the comments box if you’d like the voucher to be emailed direct to the recipient – don’t forget to put their email address! We will email the PDF copy to the person who orders the voucher if the comments box is left blank.
