We pride ourselves on our customer service. We like to talk to our customers, know that often people need specific quantities and frequently need to ask questions. So, for the time being, we offer a friendly and ‘retro’ mail order service. Here’s how it works…

• Selecting your items:

Pop to our ‘stockroom‘, browse the virtual shelves and make a note of what you need.

• Ordering:

Call us on 01769 574071 and we will sort out what you need.

• Shipping:

We charge for shipping by weight and how soon you need you items. We’re just round the corner from the post office so if you need things swiftly it’s no trouble at all. Please note we only ship orders on weekdays.

With the environment in mind where possible we recycle packing materials. Do not be alarmed if the jiffy bag your order arrives in has seen better days, the items within are lovely and new.


Once we’ve taken your order and have a price for everything including the shipping, we take a card payment over the phone. We do not store payment information and shred the details immediately after completing the purchase.
